Coffee is known to have good benefits for the body as long as it is consumed in the right way. Drinking coffee at the right time, makes coffee provide the benefits it should.

Coffee will help empower the body to be fit along with physical exercise. Caffeine can also reduce muscle soreness, one of them after exercise.
Believe it or not, coffee can help reduce depression risk. Coffee has been linked to a reduced risk of depression and suicide, although it is not known whether that benefit is due to the coffee or the caffeine in it.
According to Debbie Petitpain, MS, RDN, registered dietitian nutritionist and media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, coffee is so widely consumed that caffeine is the most widely used psychoactive agent. As many as 85 percent of US adults consume it every day. So, it is difficult to distinguish the benefits attributed to coffee from its caffeine content.
Help ward off disease
According to Kelli McGrane MS, RD, Registered Dietitian and Lose It! nutrition consultation, coffee is rich in antioxidants or natural compounds that have been shown to help protect against several chronic diseases, including heart disease and cancer.
This antioxidant is often called chlorogenic acid, which has been linked to helping lower cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood sugar levels. Of course, other lifestyle factors are also important in reducing your risk of chronic disease, including diet, exercise, and not smoking.
Help the mind
Coffee can help reduce the risk of dementia. One study referenced by the National Library of Medicine found that “drinking 3-5 cups of coffee per day in middle age was associated with a 65 percent reduction in the risk of dementia / AD in the elderly.”
If you are trying to lose a few pounds, coffee can be the key to success. A Harvard T.H. The Chan School of Public Health found that drinking four cups of coffee a day can help reduce body fat.
